Most of the following are thoughts and ideas I have had and some have been brought to my attention by friends or possibly complete strangers.
&&
I actually have no definite reason for posting this.
But the nevertheless, it is MY original work.
"Jockin mah shit"….not accepted ’round these parts.
You can leave your opinion about it in a comment if you’d like.
"Now keep in mind I’m an artist, and I’m sensitive about my shit" –Erykah Badu

AND IT GOES A LITTLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS;

+Why is crime against the same race tolerated but when someone of another race starts a conflict it’s all about "sticking together"

+Why is pop locking so remarkable and creative but a recent dance craze "pop lock, and drop it" has the luxury of sharing a similar name and is no where close to being as amazing?

+Why do people demand control of situations but put all of the responsibility on others when it doesn’t go perfectly?

+Where the hell did the phrase "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" come from?

+Why do people wear "MySpace ruined my life" t-shirts if all they’re ultimately doing is promoting the site?

+Why do people make fake profiles for networking sites? The internet is supposed to be where you can be yourself even if you can’t in real life.

+When did respect go out the window?

+Can you give me the exact date chivalry died and it became acceptable for men to address ladies with "ay bay bay" or "say lil’ momma what cho MySpace is?"
*Warning: Don’t come at me or the women I love like that because your access will be what? DENIED*

+Why is it that from birth you’re told "as long as you put your mind to it, it’s possible" yet once you reach a certain age, the haters kick in and suddenly your dreams are no longer tangible?

+&& why are you taught to not go along with everything and ask questions but when we do, answered aren’t given?

+Why is it that slang is created to simplify terms and people continuously shorten the already shortened words?

+Why do we use analogies like "cute as a button" when buttons aren’t cute?

+When did the music scene get taken over my rappers instead of lyricist?

+What direction is music headed in, and is it even considered music anymore?
Because half of the mainstream and underground crap I hear is just that; crap.

+When did intelligence take the backseat to fake breast and "apple bottoms"?

+Your adult teeth are the ones you die with and never decompose even years after death, so why do people spend so much money on fake teeth and grills instead of perfecting the ones that last a life time?

+Could you give me a technical definition of one being "too black" or "too white?

+Would we actually be better off if Adam and Eve wouldn’t have disobeyed God or would the human race still have found a way to screw things up?

+How is it that the sleaziest people become millionaires?

+Do you think the above is a smaller representation of the fact that the least deserving nation with the biggest lack of discipline, values, and morals is the most powerful?

+Can you PLEASE tell me the meaning for the ever popular L.A. phrase "I’m spiritual but not religious"?

+Why is the government and all of its components viewed as such a big joke?

+Why is being a virgin such a negative in today’s society and has lost it’s sacredness?

I suppose I’ll end this because it would take me a lifetime to let you in on all of my thoughts, so I’ll end on one that leaves the Lil’ Wayne fans upset.
At what point in ones career is it acceptable to be called the greatest?
Wayne is NOT the best rapper alive.
Sorry kiddos =/
The least he could have done was say the best rapper of his generation [which isn’t true either]
Don’t get me wrong, I like Wayne but I’m not going to give credit where credit is not due.
There are old school artist such as KRS-One, Wu Tang Clan, The Sugar Hill Gang , Whodini, Doug E. Fresh, Run D.M.C, Rakim, that are still living and have been in the game longer and have done more for hip-hop.
There are also newer age artist such as Jay- Z, Common, Lupe Fiasco, etc. that I would rather have that title.
But then again, they’re more humble than he and wouldn’t give themselves that title.

So;
Curiosity may have killed the cat but curiosity keeps this cat alive.
*no pun intended ;]
